Every little girl has dreams of being swept up into a great adventure and of being the beautiful princess. Sadly, when
women grow up, they are often swept up into a life filled merely with duty and demands. Many Christian women are tired and
struggling under the weight of the pressure to be a "good servant," a nurturing caregiver, or a capable home manager.
What Wild at Heart
did for men, Captivating will do for women. By revealing the core desires
every woman shares- to be romanced, to play an irreplaceable role in a grand adventure, and to unveil beauty-John and Stasi
Eldredge invite women to recover their feminine hearts, created in the image of an intimate and passionate God.
Join us as we journey into the deep mysteries of our feminine
souls in order to recapture our hearts. Let this study guide accompany you through your great adventure of coming alive
as a woman . . . God's captivating woman.

vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv "This we have to fear as the greatest and nearest danger, that Satan take from us the pure doctrine of faith, and bring
into the Church again the doctrine of works and man's traditions. Wherefore, it is very necessary, that this doctrine be kept
in continual practice and public exercise both of reading and hearing. . . . Wherefore, this doctrine can never be taught,
urged, and repeated enough. If this doctrine be lost, then also the whole knowledge of truth, life, and salvation lost and
gone. If this doctrine flourish, then all good things flourish, religion, the true service of God, the glory of God, the right
knowledge of all things and all states of life." Martin Luther vvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvvv

Panera Bread
Yum!
VOLUNTEERS. . .
Panera
Bread - St. Mark picks up Panera Bread on Thursday
mornings between 7am and 9am. It is bagged the same day and made available for distribution on Sunday and available for PADS (Friday
nights) and the P.L.O.W.S. food delivery program (when the program is active.) Volunteers help with picking up the bread
and bagging what is delivered. Pick up is made in the morning between 7am and 9am at the Chicago Ridge Mall location. The bread
is then delivered to the church. Bagging is done on Thursday and can be done by more than one individual. If
you would be interested in making this a part of your service to your church family, PLEASE contact the church office.
Keep in mind that you get first pick from the fresh bread, cakes, bagels,
muffins, cookies, rolls, and whatever else is in the bag! (I Timothy 5:18)
Ninety
minutes after Don Piper was declared dead as a result of a devastating head-on collision with an eighteen wheeler, he miraculously
returned to life. Don spent the next 13 months in a hospital bed recovering from the massive injuries he suffered and the
34 surgeries needed to mend his broken body. As he faced a grueling recovery, vivid memories of heaven sustained him. His
experiences prompted him to study what the Bible says about heaven, how to get there, what it’s like, and how embracing
heaven changes everything while we are still on earth. The seven weeks of this study will provide those in attendance with a deeper understanding
of heaven.
Don Piper is the New York Times best-selling author of
90 Minutes in Heaven, which has
sold more than 4 million copies worldwide. He is an ordained minister with an MDiv from New Orleans Baptist
Theological Seminary. As an internationally in-demand communicator, he speaks to more than 250 audiences each year.
